Completing Panel Surveys

Citizens’ Panel surveys are only available for Panel members to complete. To ensure this, we ask that you provide the email address you gave when you were recruited for the Panel. Please be careful when completing this field as it should match the email address previously provided. Once this is matched, you will be able to complete the survey following any instructions given. Surveys are simple to complete online and should only take about 10-15 minutes.

Each survey will be available for four weeks and we ask that you complete it by the closing date given. 

For each survey you complete, you will be entered into a prize draw in recognition of your time and donations will also be made to the Mayor’s chosen charity to encourage participation.
