Bi-borough Short Breaks

Closed 13 Dec 2023

Opened 15 Nov 2023

Overview

Short breaks services in Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster enable disabled children and young people to have time away from their carers. They can explore new opportunities, have fun and broaden their social networks whilst promoting independence. They can provide families with an opportunity to have a break from their caring responsibilities, and can last from a few hours to a few days, evenings, and weekends.

We would like to hear your feedback on our current short breaks service and your suggestions for how we can strengthen our offer for disabled children and their families in the Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.

By completing the survey, you will have the chance to be entered into a prize draw for a £50 Amazon voucher.

Why your views matter

Your view will help us to improve our Short Breaks Service and understand what parts of our current offer makes the biggest difference to children and families.

If you need help completing this survey or require it in an alternative format (e.g. paper copy or in an alternative language), please contact the Short Breaks Team by email at: BiBoroughDCTSupportDuty@rbkc.gov.uk or call 020 7361 2048.
