Overview
Thank you for taking part in our Kensal Library Transformation Survey. The Libraries and Archives Service at Kensington and Chelsea is taking steps to improve and develop its offer, with a focus on the usage of Kensal Library. The Council is now beginning the conversation with local people and users of Kensal Library to hear their views on how the library could be improved, specifically around how a local community or voluntary group could partner with the Council to expand the offer available at the library. Our ‘social investment’ policy aims to ensure that we use our local resources – including library buildings – to provide the maximum benefit for our communities. We want to continue to provide a high-quality service and meet our responsibilities as a Council service, to contribute to the priorities and commitments to local residents.
Why your views matter
We have developed this survey to help to understand your usage and expectations from Kensal Library, and your ideas on what more we could consider making your local Library the best local resource to suit your needs.
Please complete the survey by no later than 11:59pm 21 February.
If you require help in translating the survey and/or language support for filling it in, please call the Libraries’ phone line on 020 7361 3993 or email us at libraries@rbkc.gov.uk to request assistance, and a conversation with an interpreter can be arranged.
