Lots Road South Design Brief

Overview

We have been working with the local community to set out guidance for future development at Lots Road South. This Council-owned site is currently occupied by the Lots Road Car Pound (SW10 0RN), Lots Rd Auctions and warehouses. As part of the Employment Zone, it is a key site to provide jobs in high-quality premises while helping tackle the borough’s housing shortage.

The Council’s ambition is to expand and improve the employment space on site whilst also delivering an extra care home, housing for key workers as well as for the private market.

The outcome of the early engagement undertaken in 2021 is a Draft Design Brief now open for comments.
