Overview

The Council proposes to provide a pedestrian and cycle zone in the pedestrianised part of Norland Road. All vehicles other than pedal cycles, vehicles used by the emergency services and vehicles required for emergency work carried out by utility companies would be banned from entering the paved area in that part of Norland Road that extends southwards from its junction with Queensdale Road to its southern extremity.
