Proposed new restrictions:

Blenheim Crescent

  1. Conversion of 10 metres (33ft) of residents’ parking outside Nos. 1 and 3 Blenheim Crescent to single yellow line (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm).

Cambridge Gardens

  1. Conversion of 6 metres (20ft) of residents’ parking outside the flank wall of 289 Portobello Road (situated in Cambridge Gardens) and No. 2 Cambridge Gardens, to blue badge bay (hours of control:  Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm, maximum stay 4 hours. No maximum stay outside these times).
  2. Conversion of one dockless bike bay outside the flank wall of No. 289 Portobello Road (situated in Cambridge Gardens), to 4.6 metres (15ft) of double yellow lines.

Chepstow Villas

  1. Conversion of 6.5 metres (21ft) of residents’ parking outside No. 50 Chepstow Villas, to a blue badge bay (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm, maximum stay 4 hours. No maximum stay outside these times).
  2. Conversion of 14 metres (46ft) of residents’ parking outside No. 48 Chepstow Villas, to single yellow line (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm).

Chesterton Road

  1. Conversion of 10 metres (33ft) of residents’ parking outside the flank wall of 325 Portobello Road (located on Chesterton Road), to single yellow line (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm).

Denbigh Terrace

  1. Conversion of 6 metres (20ft) of residents’ parking opposite No. 92 Portobello Road (situated in Denbigh Terrace), and No. 26 Denbigh Terrace, to blue badge bay (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm, maximum stay 4 hours. No maximum stay outside these times).
  2. Conversion of 10 metres (33ft) of residents’ parking outside No. 92 Portobello Road (situated in Denbigh Terrace), and No. 26 Denbigh Terrace, to single yellow line (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm).
  3. Conversion of 5.2 metres (17ft) of blue badge bay (hours of control:  Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm, maximum stay 4 hours. No maximum stay outside these times) opposite the flank wall of No. 92 Portobello Road (situated in Denbigh Terrace), to double yellow lines.

  1. Conversion of one pay-by-phone bay (hours of control:  Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm. Maximum stay 4 hours) outside the flank wall of 179 Portobello Road, to 6 metres (20ft) of blue badge bay (hours of control:  Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm, Maximum stay 4 hours.   1. Conversion of 10 metres (33ft) of residents’ parking outside No. 59 Lancaster Road and the flank wall of No. 238 Portobello Road (situated in Lancaster Road) to single yellow line (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm).

  1. Conversion of five Pay-By-Phone visitors’ parking bays (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm, maximum stay 4 hours) and Antique Trader Permit Holders Only (hours of control: Saturday 8.30am to 1.30pm) outside the flank wall of Nos. 94 to 102 Longlands Court, situated in Portobello Road, to five Pay-By-Phone visitors’ parking bays (hours of control: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.30pm, maximum stay 4 hours) and Antique Trader Permit Holders Only (hours of control: Friday and Saturday 8.30am to 1.30pm).

Raddington Road

  1. Conversion 11 metres (36ft) of residents’ parking outside the flank wall of 292 Portobello Road (situated in Raddington Road), to single yellow line (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm).

Talbot Road

  1. Conversion of 5.5 metres (18ft) of residents’ parking outside the flank wall of No. 26 Colville Square, situated on Talbot Road, to a blue badge bay (hours of control:  Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm, maximum stay 4 hours. No maximum stay outside these times).
  1. Conversion of one Pay-By-Phone bay (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm, maximum stay 4 hours) outside No. 27 Colville Square, situated on Talbot Road, to 4.5 metres (15ft) of single yellow line (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm). This is the pay-by-phone bay closest to the existing single yellow line outside No. 27 Colville Square.

Westbourne Park Road

  1. Conversion of two pay-by-phone bays (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8.30am to 1.30pm, maximum stay 2 hours) outside Nos. 274 to 276 Westbourne Park Road, to 10 metres (33ft) of single yellow line (hours of control: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm).

Anyone wishing to support or object to this proposal or make any other representations in respect of it, should send a statement in writing to that effect, and in the case of an objection, stating the grounds thereof to the Council to trafficorders@rbkc.gov.uk quoting reference “Portobello Road Area Parking Changes” by 23 July 2025. The Director for Highway and Regulatory Services will consider all the comments received, in consultation with Colville and Golborne Ward Councillors and the Lead Member for Environment and Planning, before deciding on whether to proceed.  We will advise you of the decision after the consultation is over and the decision has been taken by the Director.
