Residents Survey

Overview

As part of our commitment to listen to residents and respond to feedback the Council is inviting all our residents to take part in our residents survey. This is your opportunity to tell us what you think about the borough and the Council.

Our survey focuses on our residents' satisfaction with the local area and Council services. We will use the feedback we receive from residents to help us set priorities for a greener, safer and fairer Kensington and Chelsea.

The survey is open between 23 June and 2 August 2025.
