Traffic Order S303 - Trebovir Road
Overview
The proposals aim to improve visibility for both cyclists and approaching vehicles to facilitate contra-flow (two-way) cycling in this one-way section of Trebovir Road by providing more clear space for cyclists to join the main carriageway.
The proposed changes are:
A) Conversion of 2.5 metres (8ft) of residents’ parking to at any time waiting restrictions outside 37-42 Kensington Mansions, Trebovir Road.
B) Conversion of 2 metres (7ft) of single yellow line (hours of control Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm) to at any time waiting restrictions outside 37-42 Kensington Mansions, Trebovir Road.
The bay is 93 metres (305ft) long, with space for 18 cars. The removal of 2.5 metres (8ft) would leave 90.5 metres (297ft) and would still have space for 18 cars.
