We did

  • You wanted more information about the major works programme so over the coming year we’ll be doing more work to let you now what’s going on, what’s coming up and how you can get involved. We produced a map of the completed major works projects, and those coming on site over the next year at the Residents’ Summit i and we’ll look to produce this in a few more formats including video over the next six months.
  • You wanted to hear less about consultations. When we make substantial changes to policies or procedures we always want to make sure that you can have your say and be informed. However, some of the changes we make are as a result of legislation that we have to follow so there’s not as much room for your input. We’ll still let know you know about them as a matter of course, but we’ll save the biggest push for consultations where you’ve really got an opportunity to steer the direction we’re moving. We’ve started using the co-design model for a few recent housing strategies (Resident Involvement and Asset Management) to expand the way we work with residents to improve services.
  • We’re going to refresh our housing communications strategy in 2026. This will guide the subjects we focus on and the methods we use to reach you. We’ll be looking at the feedback from the survey as part of the data we use to support this strategy.

Overview

We send information out about our services in a number of ways and we want to make sure you’re getting the information you need in the best format for you. We’ll use the answers you give to make sure we’re focusing on what matters most to residents in the coming years.

This survey has two parts – firstly it will ask about the formats of information you receive and the kind of information you’d like more of. And secondly, we’ll ask about the specific formats and what you think of them.

At the end there will be an option to get more involved with the work of our communications team if you’d like to.

By taking part in the survey you can choose to enter a prize draw for a £50 Love2Shop Voucher.
