Housing Management - Improving Our Services
Overview
Kensington and Chelsea Council’s Housing Management Directorate are looking to understand how our tenants currently view and interact with our services (these services include everything we do as your landlord, including repairs, financial support, housing support, employment support, engagement events, and neighbourhood and estate improvement works).
Why your views matter
We are carrying out this consultation because we are undertaking a significant programme of service improvement and want our tenants’ voices to be at the heart of everything we do.
As part of this we are recruiting several tenants to be part of a co-design panel who will go through this process of service improvement with us. There will be more information about how to get involved at the end of this survey.
