Housing Management - Repairs and Damp and Mould Policy Consultations

Overview

Kensington and Chelsea Council's Housing Management Department is consulting on a refreshed Repairs Policy and a new Damp and Mould Policy. The department wants to hear from both tenants and leaseholders to see if the changes are welcomed and if other changes need to be made.
