Overview

The Environment Select Committee set up a working group of Councillors to review flooding risk management following flooding in Kensington and Chelsea in July 2021 which affected households, high streets and businesses.

The working group is developing a report with recommendations for how the Council and other agencies might better support businesses and residents in managing flooding risk in the future.

Why your views matter

It’s important that the working group understands the impact on businesses of the flooding event and how flooding risk may have affected business activity. The responses to this survey, which will be anonymised, will inform the evidence base for the working group’s inquiry and final report.

If you have any queries, require a paper copy of the feedback survey, or require assistance in other languages, please contact the Scrutiny and Policy Department at scrutiny@rbkc.gov.uk or by phone on 07971 982 073.
