2. If the proposed service moves go ahead, the Council proposes to let the vacated Customer Service Centre space at Kensington Town Hall commercially. This is estimated to generate £500,000 a year in rental income and £280,000 in annual running-cost savings. How far do you agree or disagree with this proposal?

3. Letting the vacated space is estimated to generate rental income and running-cost savings totalling £780,000 a year. If this does not go ahead, the Council would need to find equivalent savings elsewhere to help close its budget gap. If you do not want to proceed with the proposal, what alternatives to save £780,000 a year would you suggest?
