Draft Designing Out Crime Supplementary Planning Document

Overview

The Council is consulting on its Draft Designing Out Crime Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), which supports its priorities for a safer Kensington and Chelsea as outlined in the Council Plan (2023–27) and Community Safety Plan (2022). The SPD provides guidance for architects, developers, and planners to integrate crime prevention and anti-social behavior (ASB) mitigation into the design process for all new developments.

The consultation runs from 28 November 2024 to 23 January 2025.
