Libraries and Archives identity refresh

Overview

We are refreshing our Bi-Borough Libraries and Archives identity by introducing a new look and feel for the service. Two designs have been proposed and we are asking residents and stakeholders to select their preferred design to help make the final decision on which design to go with.

Each design has an option for Kensington and Chelsea libraries and Westminster libraries.
