We asked
We asked for views on how the ban on motor vehicles in Phillimore Walk between Hornton Street and Campden Hill Road (allowing access to the car park) on Sundays between 8am and 4pm whilst the Farmer’s Market was taking place, was working in practice.

Overview
From 20 September 2020, there will be an experimental order to:
- Prevent motor vehicles entering Phillimore Walk, between Campden Hill Road and Hornton Street between 8am and 4pm on Sundays; and
- Change the hours during which the single yellow line waiting restrictions apply on the south-east side of Phillimore Walk, between 15 metres north-east of Campden Hill Road and 25 metres south-west of Hornton Street, so that they operate between 8.30am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and between 8am and 4pm on Sundays.
This is to allow a Farmer’s Market to operate on Phillimore Walk. Access would be retained for emergency vehicles and for vehicles accessing Kensington Town Hall Car Park.
