    An experimental order has converted 14 metres of ‘at any time’ waiting restriction outside no. 31 Basil Street to a residents’ parking place (hours of operation: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 10pm, Saturdays 8.30am to 6.30pm and Sundays 1pm to 5pm).
